The WSOP Circuit Rio Las Vegas saw yet another female poker player winning a ring yesterday. After Lena Evans won her second gold ring a couple of days ago and Nadya Magnus finished runner-up in another event, Louise Francoeur emerged victorious in Event #8: $365 No-Limit Holdem. The Las Vegas based pro bested a field of 235 entries to claim the ring and the $17,621 first place prize.
With this win and the WSOP approaching we will not be surprised to see Francouer go deep in the Main Event again. In 2016 she finished in 142nd place and in 2015 in top 600.
