Two-time EPT champion Victoria Coren was off to a nice start in the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo® Casino EPT Grand Final €25,000 High Roller yesterday. Full of confidence from her recent win in Sanremo, she was the only woman in the massive field of 158 players (205 entries), among them her fellow Team PokerStars Pros Jason Mercier, Daniel Negraneau, Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier and Jonathan Duhamel.

After the dinner break, Victoria Coren was moved to a new table with Norwegian pro Johnny Lodden and Hedge Fund Manager Talal Shakerchi among others. In the last level of the night, Coren was involved in a big pot with Lebanese Hady El Asmar.
